Standard Veneer Sheets (51" x 108")

Envirawood veneer sheets are manufactured in thicknesses specifically developed for a wide variety of applications in the interior construction industry. The standard 21 mil thick sheets are perfect for the majority of applications ranging from flat panels for ceiling and wall treatments to furniture components, cabinetry and virtually everywhere other laminate sheet products are commonly used. For horizontal applications or when core materials may cause telegraphing of surface imperfections, fabricators can choose from a variety of sheet options ranging from 24-34 mils thick. These can also be used to meet specific requirements based on variables or limitations of fabrication equipment, edge banding applications, etc.

Membrane and Thermoforming Sheets (57" x 108")

Envirawood membrane and thermoforming sheets can be used to create an infinite number of profiled components from mouldings to profiled doors, table tops, etc. The veneer sheets are 57" wide and available in several thicknesses to accommodate the majority of applications and membrane machines. Adhesive and machine parameters may require slight variations from settings used for other vinyl sheet products.

PSA Backed Sheets (51" x 108")

For those pre-assembled projects or curved applications where prelaminated panels are not the best option, Envirawood offers an industrial PSA (Pressure Sensative Adhesive) backing. This PSA backed sheet option provides a perfect layer of adhesive film with significant holding power for a variety of applications from post assembly lamination to on-site repairs and remodels. Protective Film

A protective film is applied to the high gloss veneer sheet surface at the factory which can significantly reduce damage during fabrication, delivery and onsite installation. This surface protection is also available on our satin finish veneer sheets and works extremely well when following typical lamination procedures. It's best to leave the film protection on until the final installation is complete.

Edgebanding

Much like traditional HPL products, Envirawood edgebanding is created from the same laminate veneer sheets for a perfect color and finish match and for material optimization. It is best processed using conventional laminate slitters or router bits rather than saw blades. It can be applied easily by hand using conventional adhesives, tools and methods common to laminators or by a production edgebander that utilizes hot melt or PUR adhesives and "strip feed" settings.

Pre-laminated Panels and Aftermarket Components

Envirawood veneers can be used as a laminate sheet on one or both sides of a variety of cores ranging from composite materials such as MDF, Particle Board or Plywood to specialty materials like Acrylic and lightweight Aluminum Honeycomb. Use of pre-laminated panels for interior components, greatly reduces the time required to create high quality finished case goods.

Although, Envirawood does not manufacture any aftermarket products in-house, they have established a network of carefully selected manufacturers strategically located across the country for your convenience. These companies have the equipment and knowledge to produce perfectly laminated panels, architectural mouldings and many other aftermarket components that enable fabricators and contractors to focus on assembly and installation.

For fabricators who have the ability to produce their own laminated panels, thermoformed components or wrapped profiles, Envirawood offers technical support from factory trained personnel. A network of adhesive suppliers and machine manufacturers are also available for assistance if necessary.
